Worldwide: Owner-operator Minor Hotels added four hotel brands, including its first soft brand.
New brands include:
• The Wolseley Hotels – a luxury hotel brand inspired by the restaurant on Piccadilly in London. The brand will offer “immersive spaces and evocative experiences” and will feature The Wolseley restaurant or café in every property.
• Minor Reserve Collection – a luxury soft brand set to include hotels and resorts that are “united by a commitment to character, craftsmanship and a true sense of place”.
• Colbert Collection – a premium soft brand set to feature independent hotels which “express individuality” through “culinary experiences and insider-led itineraries”.
• iStay Hotels – a select-service brand described as “affordable, comfortable and convenient” with “the latest tech”.
Expect the first property announcements from the four brands in the next months.

Minor Hotels is currently responsible for a portfolio that includes more than 560 hotels in 57 different countries. Other brands include Anantara, Elewana Collection, Tivoli, NH Collection, Avani, nhowNH Oaks
