    KKR Becomes a ‘Significant Minority Investment’ in Booking.com partner eTraveli Group

    Booking Holdings would likely have to pay more than double what it agreed on in 2021 to acquire its partner eTraveli Group.

    Bloomberg reported that KKR, a private equity firm, became “a significant minor investor” in eTraveli Group this week. Bloomberg cited sources who stated that the valuation was $3.1 Billion. CVC Capital Partners (another private equity company) is the major investor.
