    Jeddah Hotel occupancy increases to record high in April due to Formula 1 Grand Prix

    • Jeddah’s hotel occupancy rates for April were highest during the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Saudi Arabia.
    • The April RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) was the highest since 2014.

    Property market analyst provides preliminary data CoStar Hotel occupancy rates in Jeddah reached their highest ever April levels after the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

    The occupancy rate was 82.5% in April 2025, which is a 21.1% rise year over year.

    The Average Daily rate (ADR) was SAR833.79 which represents a 9.6% growth, and Revenue per Available Rooms (RevPAR), SAR688.23 representing a 32.7% rise. The RevPAR in April is the highest since 2014. 

    On the 20th of April, the highest daily occupancy was 96.5%, the highest level since June 2014.

    ADR and RevPAR peaked during the second night, the highest since March 2024 in Jeddah.

    All but three days in April, the daily occupancy rates were above 70%.
