Brazil: Fashion brand ELLE has signed two projects in São Paulo, Brazil, marking the debut of its branded residences in South America.
Developed in partnership with Meira Mattos and created by The One Atelier and ARQUINAUT, the two projects are signed under a licensing agreement with Lagardère News, owner of the ELLE brand.
Both Casa ELLE and ELLE Collection will offer wellness studios, rooftop bars and coworking space.

ELLE revealed the first time its foray into hospitality in 2022 Two boutique hotels are located in France and Mexico. The first residential tower of the brand was launched in Miami, before expanding to Dubai.
