Michael Caines is making his first foray into London as he takes on the role of Culinary Strategist at The Stafford London. He will be overseeing all food, beverage and hospitality across The Stafford London. The Game Bird Restaurant within the Stafford Hotel will adopt a brand new name, identity and reflect Michael’s renowned culinary style and personality. Michael Caines’ signature dishes will debut this fall, reflecting his love of terroir-inspired cuisine, which celebrates the finest British Isles ingredients. The dishes are designed to change with the rhythm of land and promote seasonality, biodiversity, and sustainability.

The Stafford London
The Stafford London, a luxury hotel in St James’s since 1912, is tucked away within the historic district. The hotel combines historic charm with contemporary elegance. It has 106 individually designed rooms and suites spread over the Main House building, the modern Mews, and the historic Carriage House. Lympstone Manor is first and foremost the vision of Chef Michael Caines MBE, and the realization of a dream that has been awaited for a very long time. The Grade II listed Georgian Manor House has been transformed into a 21st Century luxury country house hotel through his vision and drive. In 2017, the hotel opened on the shores the tranquil Exe Estuary. The hotel features 21 suites and bedrooms, as well as six Shepherd Huts set in woodland. It also has a Michelin starred fine dining restaurant featuring Michael’s cuisine. A casual dining restaurant is located at the Pool House. There’s also an outdoor heated pool and tennis courts. In the middle of the grounds, there is a vineyard with 17500 vines that produces single vineyard wines. Lympstone Manor is a Michelin Hotel Award winner with Two Keys.
