The Roxbury Distillery has been gaining a loyal following over the past few years for its smooth whiskeys, gins, rums, and vodkas. It has become a favorite craft cocktail spot in the city since opening a cozy tasting room with 26 seats in 2017. You can’t find a place where you can sip on a beautiful drink and admire the copper vats in which the spirit is made. The drinks, no matter how creative, let the spirit shine. Try the Forager which is a mix of bourbon with mandarin, persimmon and rosemary or the Earl Grey Sour made from Earl Grey-infused gin and citrus. If you can’t decide, try a flight of amaros made in-house. Come to appreciate the fine tunings of a local distillery—for only $13 apiece, a relative bargain when it comes to Boston craft cocktails.
