London, 15 April 2025 SDK ConsultingBoutique hotel brand Z Hotels has appointed a revenue and commercial consultant for hotels to develop and manage the revenue and distribution division.
Jon Siberry The Director of Revenue Management will lead the commercial function, overseeing revenue strategy both at the group and individual property levels. Jon will join Z Hotels on March 20, 2025, and focus on distribution and revenue management technologies, rate strategies, business analysis and strategic planning.
Jon will work closely with E-Commerce and Operations to grow the portfolio and maximise performance in all areas.

Siberry has over 30 years experience running hotels, in both Rooms and Food & Beverage. In the early nineties, he earned a degree in hotel management in Bermuda. In 2004, SDK Consulting, a company that was founded by Jon Sarova as Group Revenue Manager after many years spent working in hotels throughout the world.
Jon is responsible for supporting and coordinating each of Sarova’s four UK hotels Revenue Managers, who are in charge of distribution, revenue management technologies, rate strategy and business analysis, as well as strategic planning. Jon also runs the Central Reservations, Central Events and E-Commerce departments. He is part of the Commercial Team.
Jon will continue to work for SDK Consulting between Z Hotels, Sarova Hotels.
