YOTELYOTELPAD Athens is a 113-key, urban aparthotel located in three buildings centrally located in the Greek Capital. This project, which marks YOTEL’s first venture in Greece is a major milestone for the company’s growth strategy in Europe and the growing extended-stay sector.

Valpre Capital (London-based investment manager) is currently transforming these properties into YOTELPAD Athens. This transformation will be based on YOTEL’s signature technology and design.

Slated to open in the last quarter of 2026, YOTELPAD Athens will combine the freedom and flexibility of apartment living with the seamless service and innovation of a modern hotel—reflecting both YOTEL and Valpre Capital’s commitment to delivering high-quality, future-forward urban accommodation in strategic European markets.

Three centrally located buildings are included in the development – Iras, Miltiadou, and Peiraios, all in Omonoia. Each is uniquely positioned for a variety of leisure and corporate travellers. YOTELPAD will offer its signature amenities in each building, including Mission Control and Grab+Go. Wash+Go will be available at Peiraios, while Grab+Go will be offered in Monastiraki. The PADs, which are studios and 1-bedroom apartments, have been expertly designed to maximize space and comfort for both guests staying short-term and residents who stay long-term.

One seamless experience. One seamless experience.

    • Miltiadou is located just steps away from Syntagma Square, the Monastiraki historic district and other attractions. It’s perfect for both leisure and business guests.
    • Peiraios, the flagship building, lies in the fast-evolving Omonoia district — a historic hub experiencing a wave of urban regeneration and creative investment.
    • Iras is a property located in Neos Kosmos near the Syngrou Fix metro station. It is perfect for business travellers who are looking for a residential atmosphere and Acropolis views.

YOTELPAD Athens is the next step in YOTELPAD London Stratford’s successful expansion and will be followed by a new wave of extended-stay developments across Southeast Asia, as well as other global key markets. This further reinforces YOTEL’s leadership position in the rapidly evolving urban hospitality sector.
