    • Wynn Las Vegas has renovated its Fairway Villas, which have one or two bedrooms. This is part of the hotel’s larger renovation.
    • Each villa is serviced by a personal butler and includes secluded outdoor areas and a color palette inspired by nature. There are also at least two marble bathrooms, each with a large vanity, soaking tubs, and enormous closets.
    • Some Fairway villas have private pools and gyms, while others offer views of Wynn Golf Course.

Wynn Las VegasOne of the best hotels in Sin City according to Travel + Leisure readersFairway Villas unveiled their first wave. The second wave will consist of new, improved villas by the year 2025.

The 34 residences are located near the Wynn Golf Club and span three levels. They range in size between 2,411 square foot for a 1-bedroom unit to 3,224 for a 2-bedroom villa. The butler will be waiting for guests at the end of a private driveway to help unpack, press and assist them throughout their entire stay. Butlers offer a highly personalized service. They can fetch guests anything they need, including meals from any of the resort’s 20+ restaurants or any other request.

Todd Avery Lenahan is Wynn’s chief creative officer and president of design and development. He said the Fairway Villas renovation was driven by the customer’s input, especially from business and high-end guests. Lenahan said to T+L that the goal was to make the Fairway Villas functional for Wynn’s most discerning clients while still making it feel like a sanctuary.

The design emphasizes openness and brightness. Lenahan said that the bathrooms have undergone a transformation with better lighting, closets in retail style, and larger vanities. Each master bedroom suite has two separate bathrooms—one features a jetted tub and hand-painted chests, while the other includes a steam shower. A nature-inspired colour palette is used throughout the renovated spaces to create a tranquil and serene atmosphere.

Lenahan considers the fairway views of each villa to be one of the most cinematic aspects of the design. Lenahan noted that the history of the Desert Inn course, which dates back to the 1940s, is something of which he was extremely proud. He also pointed to the eye-catching multimillion-year-old crystals outside each villa entryway, handpicked for their high glam and prehistoric allure. The newly refreshed spaces are not only luxurious but functional as well—what was once a rarely used massage room has been transformed into a private gym. Some villas have private pools.

A stay at the hotel includes, in addition to luxurious accommodations, a welcome gift and a $200 credit for breakfast each day. You can also check in early or check out late, depending on the availability. Each villa comes with a complete wet bar and table for eight.

Lenahan said that the Fairway Villas renovation is part of Wynn’s larger renovation efforts. These have already included the reimagining of the Wynn Tower in 2022 You can also find out more about the following: the villas on the spa level last year.

The average rate per night for a Fairway Villa with one bedroom is $4633, while the two-bedroom Fairway Villa costs $6326,
