UK: Woolley Grange Jacobean manor house Bath will undergo an extensive renovation, and the property’s reopening phase will begin in early October 2025.
StudioJill is in charge of the renovation. The firm claims that it will follow a “new but nostalgic” concept. The studio has been working across the Luxury Family Hotels collection including Fowey Hall on the Cornish Coast, Moonfleet Manor on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset, and New Park Manor in the New Forest.
Woolley Grange’s 25 rooms, restaurants, spas, pools, gardens and common areas will all be renovated.
Jill Higgins is the founder of StudioJill and the design team. She said, “As a studio, we wanted to create an even stronger sense of place by celebrating the natural patina and charm of the building while layering modern crafted items, pattern, and texture.” Our approach combines the old with the new in order to create a holistic guest experience that combines playful details and a relaxed, understated feeling of luxury.
