UK: the winners of the 2025 Serviced Apartment Awards The tenth Milestone Ceremony was held last night at Sheraton Grand London Park Lane.

The 16 awards were independently judged by a panel consisting of industry experts. Three of them were voted on by readers. The SAN staff decided one award exclusively for Outstanding Achievement.
