Interior designer Thurstan created the interior of this aparthotel, which features a collection of art by Cambridge artists, including surrealist paintings in oil, landscapes that evoke emotion, prints, and photography.
Marick Real Estate designed the property to be sustainable and reduce carbon emissions. This was achieved by using high-performance building materials, air-source heat pump technology and 56 solar panels, as well as a rainwater harvesting system. Water2 filters are installed in the apartments to create drinkable water, eliminating 99.9% microplastics.
