Vision Hospitality Group, Inc., an Atlanta-based hotel management and development company, broke ground for the dual-branded Home2 Suites By Hilton and Tru by Hilton Lookout Valley, in Chattanooga, Tenn. The new hotels are expected to open in the fall of 2026.

The hotel is a key component of the newly planned, 10-acre mixed-use masterdevelopment, which will also be developed by Vision. The development will also include nationally recognized retail concepts and restaurants, creating a vibrant destination both for locals and tourists.

This property is ideally located, with direct access to Interstate 24 and minutes away from downtown Chattanooga.

The property will include 150 guest rooms (82 Tru by Hilton/68 Home2 Suites). The hotel was designed to accommodate both transient and extended-stay guests. It combines the comfort and flexibility that comes with an all-suite model, along with the efficiency and vibrant styling of a select service model. Together, these brands deliver a compelling experience to travelers of all types.

The resort-style amenities include a large outdoor recreation area, which includes a freeform swimming pool, a sun shelf in the water, and a slide. This will create a relaxing atmosphere for families. A poolside bar will be available with lounge seating and grilling stations. Inside, guests will find a vibrant lobby bar, complete with gaming area, modern fitness center, and enhanced breakfast options.

Visit the Lookout Valley website for more information on this project and to receive future updates. www.vhghotels.com.
