    Virgin Edinburgh searches for local “director of mischief”

    UK: luxury lifestyle Virgin Hotels Edinburgh is looking to ‘hire’ a local child as its ‘director of mischief’ to help tailor family-friendly experiences for guests.

    In the newly created role of ‘director of mischief’, the successful child ambassador will share recommendations for activities in the city, helping to curate a series of kid-friendly travel guides.

    As part of their role, ambassadors will be given complimentary access to some of Edinburgh’s top attractions. This includes an exclusive VIP experience after hours at the Museum Context that collaborated with Virgin for the campaign.

    Virgin Hotels Edinburgh is offering a free overnight stay to the customer and his family.

We will inspire them with new activities and adventures that will keep their fun going all summer.

    “From the best places to play, the yummiest spots for treats, and the most thrilling adventures – we want our director to ensure every child’s experience in Edinburgh is absolutely unforgettable.”

    Parents and guardians can submit videos of their children sharing their favourite spots to visit in Edinburgh and the surrounding area until Sunday 31st August. The winner will announced on Monday, 22 September.

    Highlights:

    • Virgin Hotels Edinburgh has introduced a ‘director of mischief’ role for a local child ambassador.

    • As part of the role, the successful applicant will receive a free stay and complimentary access to top Edinburgh attractions.

    • Families are invited to submit entries by 31 August.

    • Museum of Context has partnered with Virgin Hotels on the campaign.
