The new addition to Miami Beach’s tourism scene is expected to open in May 2025. The Donatella Boutique Hotel and Restaurant is a project by the Nakash Group, known for their portfolio, which includes The Setai Miami Beach and the Versace Mansion, in collaboration with Vida & Estilo Hospitality Group.
The Donatella Boutique Hotel is located in Miami Beach’s Art Deco District. It combines historical charm with modern elegance. Wallace Tutt designed the property for the first time in 1922. He is also known as the architect of the Versace Mansion. After various transformations over the decades, the property was bought in 2022 by the Nakash family and Vida & Estilo Hospitality, which initiated a new phase of luxury for this historic location.
Mico Design Studio has designed six beautifully furnished rooms. These rooms offer a blend of elegance with modern sophistication.
The hotel is complemented by the Donatella Restaurant. This Coastal Southern Italian Restaurant is located in the historic property. Alessandro Morrone’s menu showcases Italy’s culinary heritage, with authentic ingredients, traditional dishes, and rotating seasonal produce. The restaurant has a capacity of 170 people and a private room that can seat 15 guests. It offers a unique dining experience.
