    Singapore, 11/June/2025: Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology providerV Mansion Boutique Hoteland Athena Hotelin Laos upgraded to its Multi-Property Management System to streamline and centralise their operations. Hotelogix is also being used by Souphattra Serviced Apartments, the sister property. The move is aimed at modernising group-level management and automating daily functions. It also enables scalable growth by digital transformation.

    All three properties – V Mansion Boutique Hotel, Athena Hotel and Souphattra Serviced Apartment, are part of Souphattra Hotels & Resorts, a well-known luxury hospitality group in Laos that manages six elegant boutique properties. The brand is known for its refined aesthetics and personalised service. It also offers a culturally rich experience to business and leisure travellers who are looking for a premium hospitality in Laos. The brand is a recipient of several accolades including ASEAN Green Hotel Standard, Gold Certified Accommodation Sustainability by Travelife, and the 2022 World Luxurious Hotel Award.

    Hotel Manager, Douangchanh Chanhma at Souphattra Hotel Luang Prabang said: “We decided to switch from a legacy server-based solution because it didn’t provide us with the central visibility and flexibility we needed.” “With Hotelogix’s cloud-based multi-property management system, we now have centralised control over all operations—crucial for maintaining brand standards and streamlining workflows.”
