Alessandra Leoi MIH has been appointed to lead the Hospitality Division. She is a veteran of the hospitality industry with more than 30 years’ experience in commercial and operational departments. Following a 14-year career with Resident Hotels and tenures with Hilton and Carey International, Leoni has vast experience across operational, commercial and revenue functions. She’s been instrumental in numerous full IT infrastructure and tech stack overhauls – creating, centralising and optimising core processes for business expansion.
Focus Group is known for combining the industry-specific expertise of professionals with proven track histories, and for IT and communication solutions that produce measurable results. Leoni will work with the Focus on Hospitality team in order to develop solutions that can help hotels increase profitability, streamline operations and engage staff and customers.
