July 20-26:
Occupancy: 71.5% (-0.7%)
ADR: $164.88 (-0.1%)
RevPAR:$117.88 (-0.8%)
St. Louis, among the 25 top markets, reported the highest occupancy rise (+5,7% up to 70.9%).
Houston experienced the largest declines for each of the key performance metrics, including occupancy (-19.7% – to 61.1%), average daily rate (ADR) (-7.7% – to $117.02), and RevPAR(-25.9% – to $71.54). These decreases can be attributed to the high demand for displacement that followed Hurricane Beryl.
