Enjoy the flatbread in Bosnia and Herzegovina
On the road from Sarajevo to Mostar, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, there is a small bakery in the town of Ostrožac called Pekara Centar. For less than one euro, you can get a delicious treat. LepinYou can also read more about it here. The following are some examples of how to use kajmak – This is a traditional charred flatbread, made in a brick oven and stuffed with a rich cream spread from the local dairy. The bakery is situated on the most scenic road through the Neretva River Gorge, which makes this tasty bite even more special.

Bavaria’s Catch of the Day
My partner and I had a delicious lunch of fish in the picturesque surroundings of Chiemsee. Chiemseefischerei Stephan, west of Lake. The daily menus only had a few choices, so we didn’t waste time ordering complicated dishes. We just enjoyed the simple simplicity of the rich fish, crisp salad, and Bavarian locals. weissbier In the wood-paneled room. Chiemsee-style sushi was available. I remember stepping outside the restaurant afterward, holding hands with my partner and looking at the mountains in distance. I thought: Could life get better?

A stunning kitchen garden in Czech Republic
The off-the-beaten path Klatovy region in the south-west of the Czech Republic is a beautiful place to spend a few days. I drove around the rolling countryside, climbed lookout towers, and cooled off in rivers, looking for kingfishers. The food was excellent. Hospůdka U Štěpána, a fantastic restaurant near Sušice. The vast majority of the food is grown in the kitchen garden, which also provides a wide variety of steaks made from charolais cattle that are self-reared. The fried courgette flowers and the striploin marinated in chimichurri were highlights of our visit in August, as well as the rustic feel and a fair price.

My favourite pizza in Rome
We enjoyed a pizza with a piazza in Rome. Antico Forno Roscioli Sitting on the kerb of Piazza NAVONA. The 500-metre walk between the 19th century bakery and the 15th century public space (built on top of the 1st-century Circus Agonalis) is a great way to get a taste of Rome. This is the best pizza (in my humble opinion) in Rome and it’s a baroque spectacle that is relatively uncrowded.).

Enjoy a gourmet cycling tour in the Netherlands
We cycled five days in Groningen (Netherlands) and caught the train. extensive paths. We enjoyed a four-course fine dining experience every night. We had a ginger soup, fried polenta, with wasabi and local salmon or beef tartare, followed by organic Dutch cheeses. And a liquorice-sorbet, with blackberry creams. The perfect way to end a 30 mile cycle ride and always a topic of conversation.

Open-air jazz dining in rural France
The biodynamic vineyard was a surprise to us La Guinguette du Domaine Gayrard Virac is located north-east from Toulouse. It produces some wonderful wines, but also hosts a guinguette (Open air dining with a menu simple and live music) in the summer. We were completely blown away by the dinner we booked. The gastronomic success was complemented by the most beautiful setting: we sat outdoors, overlooking the vineyards while mellow jazz played and the chef prepared our meal in a trailer. Unexpected gourmet experience.

Enjoy the hospitality of northern Italy
The following are some of the ways to get in touch with each other Ca’Ordano In the hills around Monferrato the tasting was not only simple but also unforgettable. First, a glass of red nebbiolo wine was served with a plate of salamis and cheeses from the region. Then, agnolotti A rich monferrato Rosso perfectly pairs with pasta stuffed with roast beef. The visit was small-scale and personal, with no fuss or ceremony, just honest hospitality and food rooted in terroir – they’d hate me for calling it that, but it is what it is: a quiet, undiscovered corner of Piedmont with true flavours among the rolling hills.

Win with the old Crete ways
Atsipopoulo, located west of Rethymno in the hills, is a popular tourist destination. Village famous for Ta Souvlakia Tou Gagani. A restaurant in a beautiful courtyard of a church. But a tiny restaurant called O ManolisThe restaurant, located in an unassuming location (the seats are occupied by empty parking spaces on the main road), is a perfect example of rural Crete. The restaurant serves up delicious food with a genuine Greek touch. Manolis has no menu and serves what is available that day in his garden. He declares it to be the best in Europe. Or he forages in the Cretan hills.
