Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H), announced today that an affiliate of Hyatt has entered into management contracts with Chai Talay Hotel Co. Ltd. for The Barai Hua Hin. The Unbound Collection will debut in Thailand with this hotel. The new hotel will add to Hyatt’s portfolio in Thailand which includes 15 properties under seven brands, including Park Hyatt. Andaz. The Standard. The StandardX. Grand Hyatt. Hyatt Regency. Hyatt Place.
The Unbound Collection was developed by Hyatt because they believed that each hotel has a story to tell. Each hotel and resort within the collection offers a story-worthy experience—whether tied to a fascinating past, envisioned by a famous architect or designer or inspired by a colorful personality.
Barai Hua Hin It is scheduled to open late in 2026, next to the beachfront Hyatt Regency Hua Hin. It will be a holistic journey of wellness where travelers can expect mindful indulgence, Enjoy a variety of wellness experiences that are tailored to your own needs. The resort’s eponymous wellness destination will include 18 treatment rooms and 8 residential suites. Designed by the renowned Thai architect Lek Bunnag, the award-winning The Barai spa was created as a temple of sanctuary where the spaces and treatments are influenced by the four elements from Thai healing philosophy—earth, water, wind, and fire.
The resort will offer 90 rooms, suites, a wellness centre, a central pool oasis with lush gardens, two restaurants, McFarland House, and The White House. Hua Hin, located only three hours by car from Bangkok, is known for its white sand beaches, royal heritage charm and diverse family-friendly options.
