    • The Mercer Hotel in New York City offers guests access to Zero Bond, a legendary private members club.
    • Zero Bond offers Mercer guests the opportunity to enjoy concierge services as well as special rates.
    • Scott Sartiano joined The Mercer at the start of the year as a Partner, bringing together the two SoHo Brands.

The Mercer’s guests will be able to join New York City’s most sought after private members’ club, Zero Bond. This is thanks to a partnership with Scott Sartiano of Bond Hospitality, the owner and founder of the club.

Sartiano stated in a written statement that the Mercer and Zero Bond “represent New York City’s creativity, energy and commitment to quality.” Travel + Leisure. “I created Zero Bond with a similar focus on service. I wanted to create a place where culture, connection, and conversation thrive. Our partnership is a natural fit because The Mercer also shares this vision. […] The opportunity is to create something really special, by blending our values in order to offer new hotel experiences that feel intimate and dynamic.”

Zero Bond was opened in New York City during the COVID-19 epidemic of 2020. It quickly became the city’s most popular club, drawing celebrities such as Taylor Swift Tom Brady. The 20,000-square-foot space offers a social workplace, dining experiences and personal care services. Sartiano became a partner of The Mercer at the start of 2025. This partnership was the catalyst for the development between the club and hotel.

Zero Bond is now available to guests of the SoHo Hotel. It’s located only a few blocks away, on Bond Street. Guests can visit Zero Bond for the duration of their stay. Zero Bond members will receive personalized concierge services and special nightly rates at the hotel. Sartiano hopes the partnership will allow guests to feel more connected and at home in the city.

Sartiano stated, “I hope that guests will walk away with a greater appreciation of the hospitality, culture, and community that define both The Mercer, and Zero Bond.” “Both brands strive to create experiences that are personal and effortless for guests, whether they live in New York City, or just visit. […] “I want people to feel that they are entering a space that is welcoming, and also distinctly from this city.

Sartiano was also the brains behind The Mercer’s eponymous Italian American-themed restaurant which opened in 2023.
