UK: The Hoxton is now open its first Scottish property The Haymarket area of Edinburgh is home to 11 Georgian terraced townhouses that are connected on Grosvenor Street.
AIME Studios, the in-house design team of parent company Ennismore, has restored the 214-room hotel.
The opening announced earlier this year, includes a mix of Snug Single, Bunk, Cosy, Roomy, and Biggy rooms, along with the new House category – three self-contained, three-bedroom homes designed for longer stays.
The main building has 150 rooms, while the 64 remaining rooms are in the adjacent townhouse.
Patatino is the hotel’s Italian trattoria restaurant. It serves a menu all day inspired by Amalfi Coast cuisine, but prepared using Scottish products.
The Hoxton Edinburgh offers a The Get Together event space in the style of a ballroom, The Apartment concept for meetings and events, and five-seater cinema room.
The Hoxton Edinburgh, which opened earlier this year in Edinburgh, was a hit. acquired by Cedar Capital Partners as part of a wider multi-property, €200 million European deal.
