Fuchs, a global hospitality leader with 25 years experience, brings his expertise to the UAE, Europe, Asia, and beyond. Fuchs is well-known for his ability to reposition flagship properties, deliver award-winning experiences and expand Giza Palace globally.
Fuchs’ career has seen him hold leadership positions at some of the most prestigious properties in the world. Fuchs led Jumeirah Towers to numerous international accolades. The hotel’s reputation as one the UAE’s top luxury destinations was solidified. He was the general manager of AYANA Resort & Spa Bali. This luxury resort is one of Asia’s best known.
He most recently served as General Manager of InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa, following notable tenures with The Ritz-Carlton and InterContinental Hotels Group. His contributions to the industry have earned him titles such as “General Manager of the Year: Resort” at the 2024 Hotelier Middle East Awards and “Best General Manager – Hospitality” at the World GM Awards 2024.
Fuchs is widely respected for his inclusive leadership style and guest-first mentality. He has built high-performance cultures in properties and established them as industry benchmarks. Under his leadership, Giza Palace Hotel & Spa will continue to expand its visibility while honoring Egypt’s cultural heritage through a modern, refined lens.
