The Stafford London has announced key additions to the food and beverage department as it prepares to launch its new restaurant in September. This will be a collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Michael Caines. This new venture will bring Michael’s signature modern British cuisine – rooted in seasonality, elegant craftsmanship and technical precision – to the heart of St James’s.
Simon Ulph’s appointment as Executive Chef is at the heart of this new culinary adventure. Simon has a rich background in fine dining and is passionate about cooking with fresh, local produce. He brings to this role a unique perspective as well technical excellence.
Simon Caines is working closely with Michael Caines in London to implement Michael’s culinary vision, develop menus promoting British seasonal and sustainable ingredients, and deliver the exceptional dining standards that both Michael Caines and Stafford London are renowned for.
