DESIGN
Sandblu’s cascading geometry is inspired by the natural landscape. It features a juxtaposition of cliffs, mountains and the coast. Sandblu is a Rockwell Group design that embraces nature from within. It features natural stones, whitewashed woods and luxurious marbles with pops in blue and sage-green to represent the sea, lush vegetation, and bold bougainvillea.
The hotel offers spacious, elegantly furnished rooms and suites with a modern Greek aesthetic. Many of the suites have outdoor terraces, private plunge pools, and panoramic sea views. ESPA bath accessories, thoughtful turndown services, bathrobes and robes among other luxury touches provide maximum comfort.
Sandblu’s immaculate villas are the benchmark for Greek luxury. - Sandblu’s signature restaurant, Nectar, serves up modern Greek cuisine, fresh seafood, and the smooth beats from a resident DJ in a beautiful alfresco setting.
- Plateia offers Mediterranean food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with live cooking stations. Traditional dishes are also available, as well as poolside menus.
- Aroma wine bar offers a refined selection of wines curated by the house sommelier who will share extensive knowledge on Santorini’s viniculture, including the Assyrtiko grape, which gives rise to the island’s minerally white wines and sweet Vinsanto wine.
- Stari provides the authentic charm of a Greek kafeneio serving homemade sandwiches, delectable pastries, fruit tarts, and hot and cold beverages from local coffee and tea to nutritious smoothies.
- Santovini opens this season for private dining and wine tastings, offering guests an immersion into the enchanting wine heritage of Greece with a curated collection of local bottles complemented by many of the world’s most beloved labels.
- A new outpost, located in Imerovigli just ten minutes from Sandblu, opens this season. This restaurant offers sunset dining on the cliffs of the Aegean Sea, contemporary food made with fresh local seafood, a wine list that includes Santorini’s Assyrtiko and a unique experience that combines Mediterranean tradition and modern innovation. The new outpost, which is an extension of Sandblu’s resort experience, features four suites that overlook the caldera and are adjacent to the restaurant.
Guests can get a taste of the native flavors by harvesting their own ingredients in the Sandblu Garden. This is followed by a cooking lesson with the resort’s Chef.

Aurora Spa invites you to an oasis where eight treatment rooms are available, along with a sauna, an indoor swimming pool, and a variety of treatments by 111SKIN or ESPA. These include celestial Black Diamond facials and deep-muscle massages. Aurora offers multiday wellness retreats as well as tailored programs that promote health, beauty, and wellbeing.
