    Hotel Byblos, the Saint-Tropez property under family-owned hospitality group Floriat Signatures, has reopened following a six-month renovation of its F&B spaces led by UGO Architecture.

    Highlights include a variety of new culinary experiences, as well as major design improvements throughout the hotel and its beachfront branch.

    Hotel Byblos introduces new dining options

    Il Giardino is a new intimate Italian restaurant inspired from Canuti Riviera heritage. The new restaurant features a fully immersive and open-kitchen dining experience in the heart of Canuti’s hotel. Close by, the renovated poolside bar B. Lounge offers a relaxed, Mediterranean-inspired atmosphere with a focus on casual elegance.

    Zuma will be a seasonal resident, serving its Izakaya-style food in a shared format.

    The beach club has been updated

    The design narrative at Byblos Beach Ramatuelle continues with the latest updates from designer François FrossardThe new sunbeds feature a diamond pattern in the iconic orange of the hotel, as well as nautical elements like rope parasols, yacht-like shades, and sunshades.

    There are more renovations in the future

    The collaboration is with Paris based architect and designer Laura GonzalezThe hotel revealed four new suites that were designed to reflect the history and style of the destination. They feature rich materials and patterns with vibrant colors.

    In 2026, 10 more suites will be launched by Gonzalez.
