The research pilot was designed around the key operational challenges that hotels face today: staff turn-over, fragmented processes of compliance, and delayed protocols for critical incidents.

The project continues across other Remington hotels with an emphasis on performance metrics, such as response times and regional compliance standards.
This ongoing collaboration represents a wider shift in the way that the hospitality industry approaches safety. It is moving away from manual, reactive protocol to mobile tools which are accessible, transparent and audit-ready right from day one.
