He was most recently the Director of Bars and Restaurants at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. He held key positions at renowned hospitality companies including Marriott International and Accor Hotels.
In his new role, Peter along with the Director of Food & Beverage will ensure ways to refine dining concepts, optimize operations and craft unique guest experiences that align with the hotel’s commitment to luxury and exceptional service.
