Pattabiraman’s career has seen him become a leader who is innovative and creative, having held key positions in prestigious hotels. He was most recently the Director of Food and Beverage for Park Hyatt Chennai in India where he displayed excellence in strategic management and operational leadership.
Pattabiraman, in his new role as director of food and beverage at The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore, will oversee the entire operation, with a focus on innovation in culinary cuisine, service excellence and strategic growth. Pattabiraman will work closely alongside the hotel’s management team to ensure dining experiences are in line with the high standards of luxury and cultural diversity for which The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore is known globally.
