Lisa Marchese From chief commercial officer (CCO) to president Marchese, in his new role, will oversee all operations while still maintaining oversight of the group’s marketing, sales, and technology divisions.
Marchese has been with Northview Hotel Group since 2022. She brings more than twenty years of leadership experience at the board, corporate, and property level. She has held senior positions at hospitality and lifestyle companies, such as Fora, The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas The Venetian The Palazzo Resort Casino and Witkoff.
The company claims that she “redefined branding and marketing” for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
At Las Vegas Sands—then the world’s largest hospitality company—Marchese led guest experience initiatives across both Las Vegas and Macau properties. Her work included pioneering art installations like Laura Kimpton’s monumental “LOVE” sculpture at The Venetian, implementing co-working spaces and launching technology solutions such as Facebook Messenger booking chatbots. She continued to lead at Witkoff where she led the repositioning, rebranding and opening of The West Hollywood Edition. More recently, at Fora, she applied luxury hospitality principles to transform the premium flexible workspace sector in London’s competitive market.
Since joining Northview Hotels & Resorts, Marchese has played a role in shaping revenue-generating strategy and elevating brand experiences across the portfolio, the company reports. As chief commercial officer, she reimagined the positioning of Northview’s hotels, resorts, resort communities, clubs, restaurants, spas and golf courses nationwide. She led the revitalization in San Francisco of the Beacon Grand Hotel, which was formerly known as the Sir Francis Drake Hotel. This included enhancing the brand identity and the guest experience. Starlite was the rooftop lounge that she relaunched and developed.
Marchese’s influence on the design, advertising, growth of private clubs and overall performance in South Florida was significant.

Marchese was responsible for the analytics and insights at each Northview property, revenue growth, market and product development, branding and promotional strategy, reservations and global distribution, and recognition and loyalty programs.
