Noelle Wilson, Destination Sales Executive for the Westin Cape Coral Resort Marina Village has been promoted. Noelle’s role will include driving group business, coordinating site tours, and ensuring smooth transitions from event planning to sales.
Noelle’s journey into this role has been marked by an array of rich experiences. She was raised in Phoenix, Arizona as the youngest of seven siblings. Growing up, she developed a love for adventure, family and taking on new challenges. Noelle’s career began after she earned her degree in Advertising and Photography from Northern Arizona University. Her first job was in sales, before moving on to manage operations at the family optometry office.
Noelle and family moved to Cape Coral in Florida in 2019 for a change of lifestyle. They were drawn by the lure of waterfront living. She moved into the hospitality business, beginning at The Boat House Cape Coral, managing boat storage and the Boat Club. Her passion for travel, customer service, and sales led her naturally to The Westin Cape Coral Resort. There, she is a star performer who has generated more than $150,000 in revenue from the property’s hotel upsell program.
Noelle’s new role will see her working closely with the Sales Office in order to coordinate and execute site visits for off-property managers and ensure timely and efficient transitions of quality service delivery. She will be responsible for achieving the group revenue targets by up-selling every business opportunity in order to maximize revenue.
Noelle loves to travel and is an adventurer outside of her career. Noelle’s zest for living is evident in her adventures, whether she is scuba diving alongside sharks in Belize or navigating the streets of Vietnam by motorbike. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether they are fishing in their boat or relaxing on the sunny beaches of Southwest Florida.
