- The new Four Seasons Resort also offers a 30,000 square foot spa, supervised children’s club, access to the sandy beach and the classic Hinckley Picnic boat, which is only available to hotel guests.

Taking over the renowned Naples Beach Club Hotel & Golf Club, the resort will feature 163 guest rooms, 57 suites, and 153 residences. The renovated Old Naples hotel will be located on 1,000-feet of sand shoreline. It will feature a mix of Gulf Coast natural beauty, local charm and residential-style accommodation.
Ocean-themed guestrooms feature spacious terraces with daybeds. There are also walk-in closets and dining areas, as well eye-catching décor elements like periwinkle-blue or flamingo-pink lacquered cabinetry.

Antoine Chahwan is the Four Seasons president of the Americas hotel division. He said that he was excited to unveil a new resort later this year, which will reinterpret the beloved destination, Naples, for the next generations of guests, local residents and community members. The Four Seasons’ culture of excellence and service will provide an unforgettable experience as this eagerly anticipated opening is brought to life.
The Four Seasons includes a residential and golf resort of 125 acres, including The Gardens, an 18-hole Tom Fazio redesigned golf course that is set to open in 2019. Naples Beach Club’s residential area will feature 58 luxury condominiums spread across three beachfront building, and 95 luxury condos in five residential buildings overlooking the golf course.
Diego Angarita is the general manager of the resort. He said that Naples Beach Club was a modern interpretation of the cherished tradition and style of Naples. “Our team can’t wait to open the door, welcome guests and engage with the community. We want the property to be a social hub, and a gathering place for visitors and locals alike.”
Four Seasons has hired Gavin Kaysen, a two-time James Beard Award recipient for The Merchant Room. This is his first restaurant outside of the Midwest. Kaysen’s arrival signals a polished-yet-approachable style to a menu of seasonal Gulf Coast–inspired dishes with French finesse, served indoors and al fresco with front-row views of the water.

Locals and guests will likely recognize another venue. HB’s beachfront returns to the scene with a new look and a relaxed vibe. Henry B. Watkins founded the original Naples Beach Hotel. This space pays homage to history with its sunset seafood feasts, barefoot cocktails, and other retro touches. Sunset Bar, which was once the most popular spot for golden hour and mai tais in town, will be reopened in the hotel.
Market Square is a multifaceted marketplace that offers a variety of entertainment options including a four-lane indoor bowling alley and game room. Market Square is also home to the FINS Club for Kids and a variety of indoor and open-air event spaces. The Wager will open in 2026.
The Sanctuary Spa, a 30,000-square foot spa with a rooftop swimming pool and gym designed by Harley Pasternak, is a great option for those looking to relax.
Naples’ beach is undoubtedly the highlight. Staff will be available to assist with water games or beach activities, and provide towel refills. The 34-foot Hinckley Picnic boat is available exclusively to hotel guests. If you prefer pool time to splashing in Gulf, there are two options for you. Each is surrounded by cabanas and loungers. Also available is a family-friendly splashing area.
