GraniteFL LLC is developing the property, which is a part of G. Holdings Group. Moss will be serving as construction manager. The 16-story, approximately 206,000-sq.-ft. hotel—estimated at more than $175 million—will feature 205 guestrooms, an ocean-facing restaurant, a mezzanine-level event venue, a third-floor pool and bar deck and a rooftop bar and dining venue.
