[Danbury, Conn., May 1, 2025] — Meyer Jabara Hotels Has been chosen to operate 104-room Hotel Hilton Garden Inn McAllen Airport. The hotel, located at 617 West Expressway, is less than a half-mile from the McAllen Miller Airport, Rio Grande Regional Hospitals, South Texas Health System and downtown McAllen. Meyer Jabara Hotels has managed three hotels in Texas. The hotel management and ownership group also manages properties in Los Alamos, San Angelo and the Rio Grande Regional Hospital.
Chas Henry is Senior Vice President of Business Development and Acquisitions at Meyer Jabara Hotels. “Hassan Ladha contacted us to find a management firm that shared the same family values and foundational beliefs as he did,” he said. As a family-owned company, we share his operating principles. We place an emphasis on customer satisfaction, quality products, friendly staff, and a welcoming family atmosphere that is transmitted from staff to customers. The belief is that everyone benefits from treating others better.
Hilton Garden Inn McAllen Airport offers upscale accommodations for both business and leisure travelers in the Lone Star State. The hotel offers a fitness centre, a business center and an outdoor pool. It also has large, family-style guestrooms that are pet-friendly and have sun terraces. McAllen is a popular destination for tourists from Mexico and has grown to be one of the biggest land crossings along the Texas-Mexico border.
Ladha explained that Meyer Jabara Hotels was a boutique company that served private owners as though they owned the asset. “They are a partner that is invested in the project, and I really appreciate that.” The value-added services they provide – from renovations to project management to additional marketing programs – are an added bonus. They offer services that I could not do myself, and are valuable benefits that aren’t offered by all management companies.
Ladha added that he appreciates the detailed reporting provided by Meyer Jabara Hotels, and also the fact that each member of staff he has worked with is an expert in their respective field. Ladha says that instead of having a single person in charge of every function, each department is made up of a group of people who are ready, willing and able work with him.
Ladha described his experience at Meyer Jabara Hotels as “excellent.”
Henry stated that Meyer Jabara Hotels continued to expand westward and expanded their footprint in the Southwest United States. “We are very excited to partner with this owner group and its growing portfolio of high-quality hotels.”
In early 2026, a significant renovation and property update involving public spaces and the restaurant will be completed.
