Marriott International and Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited have signed an agreement for the development of six hotels across four Indian citys by 2030. This will add 940 rooms to Marriott International’s brands.
Marriott International announced that it has signed a deal with Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited, which will see six new hotels open in India. This agreement adds 940 additional rooms across four different cities. The development will include properties under five Marriott brands: The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Courtyard by Marriott, and Fairfield by Marriott.
Six new hotels will be built in important locations including Chennai, Bengaluru and Kerala. Marriott has a strategy to increase its presence in India. This development is part that strategy.

The hotel’s 1,115-square-foot meeting room will include an outdoor swimming area, a fitness centre, and a spa. The hotel will be 20 minutes away from the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport.
Courtyard by Marriott Chennai World Trade Center It will feature 45 rooms, two dining options and is scheduled to open in the year 2027. The hotel, which will feature a fitness facility and be situated near major office buildings, will open in 2027. It is 13 kilometers away from Chennai International Airport.
Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru International Airport It is planned to open in the year 2028. There will be 224 guest rooms including suites. It will have two restaurants, an outdoor swimming-pool, a gym, and spa. It will be situated near the airport, and the business hubs in the city.
Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Brigade Valencia The hotel is scheduled to open in fiscal year 2028 with 151 rooms. The hotel’s amenities will include a restaurant serving three meals, a bar and swimming pool. It also has a fitness centre, spa, and fitness center. It will be in the southern area of Bengaluru. This is an area well-known for its IT industry.
