They’re back now as travelers look to reconnect post-pandemic. Corrin added that one doesn’t walk away from a meal thinking “That was tasty.” “Maybe your mind is opened to a whole new perspective,” Corrin said.
Brand Building One Meal At A Time
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts began its communal dinners in 2014 at Rosewood Mayakoba in Riviera Maya and now hosts these meals at its Hawaii location and in Montecito, California. The meals cost around $250 per person, and are a mix of local cuisine. The staff will join guests for dinner.
