UAE: The Lux Collective (Lux) QUBE Development (QUBE) have partnered to debut the LUX* branded residences in the Middle East.
Lux and QUBE claim the project, which will be the first LUX* branded residences in the Middle East, will “redefine” luxury living in Dubai. The project is expected to be finished in 2028.

Dubai In H1 2024, Dubai recorded a total of 5,582 sales of branded residences. Dubai also recorded AED 28.8 Billion in value transactions during the same time period. This accounted for 12.6% of all real estate transactions.
