Logan Fish has been appointed senior director of Business Development by First Hospitality. First Hospitality is a hotel management, development, and operating company.

Fish will leverage his extensive experience in hotel acquisitions and development to help maintain a strong pipeline of new clients and secure third party management agreements.  He will also be responsible for cultivating relationships and evaluating management options, as well as supporting the entire development process and representing First Hospitality in major industry events and conferences.

David Duncan said, “Logan has extensive experience in hotel acquisitions and developments and will be an important part of our team as we continue to expand our portfolio.” “His experience working with institutional and corporate partners, and his understanding of the hospitality industry will support our growth efforts in the long term.”

Fish comes to First Hospitality after serving as the director of development at StepStone Hospitality, where he prepared more than 150 detailed investment analyses for hotel acquisitions and new development projects. He played a key role in adding 18 new hotels to the company’s portfolio in just three years. Prior to that, Logan held analyst roles at Park Hotels & Resorts.
