    Lark Hotels will open its first Greater Boston hotel

    US: New England based development and management firm Lark will debut Cambridge Common House in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

    The 16-room hotel will be located at 2 Garden Street just outside Harvard Square and open its doors in late 2025. Rooms have been designed by Elder & Ash.

    “We have flirted for years with the idea to open a concept shop in Greater BostonIt’s fantastic that you’re here.
    “Finally, we are seeing the fruits of our labor,” said Rob Blood. Lark. “This space has inherent charm and historical roots in Harvard Square. Starting as a Cambridge-based William Saunders’ private residence and later serving as student accommodation for undergrads. It’s a privilege to lead it into its next incarnation.

    The firm says that the portfolio of about 75 independent, spirited properties provides “compelling guests experiences through distinctive brand, local storytelling and thoughtful, place based design”.

    Lark offers branded hotels such as Lark Hotels, Blind Tiger Guest Houses by Lark and Life House. The group also manages independently-owned hotels in diverse markets.

    Highlights:
