    James Savier is appointed president of Atlanta Hospitality Alliance

    The Atlanta Hospitality Alliance (AHA), the premier peer-to-peer learning and networking organization for current and future hospitality investment leaders in Atlanta, today announced its 2025 Board of Directors, naming James Savier as president for the year.

    The 2025 executive committee members include:

    1. Caroline Royster 2026 president oversees events
    2. Colin Macdonald, 2024 president, sponsorship oversight
    3. Di Chen, corporate secretary, marketing & communications oversight
    4. Will Woodworth, treasurer & director of operations.

    Savier is currently a senior vice-president at CBRE Hotels. Before joining CBRE he worked as a vice president for JLL, where he sold more than 20,000 rooms totaling $5 billion. He worked as a consultant at Deloitte Consulting with a focus on financial modeling.

    The AHA named the following board of directors:

    1. Frank Phair is vice president of Legacy Ventures.
    2. Mike “Woody” Woodward Chief Growth Officer, HVMG
    3. John Schellhase, assistant vice president, Peachtree Group
    4. Max Carr, vice president – acquisitions & business development, Davidson Hospitality Group
