IRIS, the global leader in digital F&B and guest experience solutions for the hospitality sector, is excited to announce its participation in HITEC 2025, taking place June 16–19 at the Indianapolis Convention Center.
IRIS will be on Booth #807, where Graham Rushin, VP Sales & Marketing, and Marcus Bird, Head of Commercial, will be on hand to demonstrate IRIS’s latest mobile ordering Hotel operations can be streamlined and security enhanced with features that boost guest spending, offer in-depth insights, and enhance hotel operations.
IRIS is showcasing a number of new features that have already delivered results to hotels across the globe, including
- Google Analytics – A fully integrated dashboard embedded directly into the backed, giving operators a deep dive into user interactions within their app, unlocking valuable insights to refine and elevate their offerings.
- Verified Charge to Room – Simplifies guest payments and enhances the in-room ordering experience by validating a guest using their surname and room number, as well as posting the charge directly to their folio. This enhancement simplifies the ordering process for guests and contributes to a seamless, enjoyable experience.
- Related Items on Cart Page – Increases guest spend with intelligent upselling, offering guests a tempting selection of additions to complement their orders.
- Advance Ordering – Gives guests greater flexibility and control to order F&B and amenities pre-stay. There are many options, whether it is ordering groceries for the suite, arranging for a birthday cake, or having champagne and flowers delivered to your room for a surprise.
- Digital Staff Ordering – Seamlessly bridges traditional and digital service for faster, more efficient ordering. Tabs can either be opened directly by the POS or the IRIS app by guests, or by staff via Staff Ordering. The tabs can be added to and re-opened by guests, depending on whether or not they choose to order through the app or a waiter. This allows your staff to order from anywhere using any mobile device.
- Guest Directory upgrade – It’s now more intuitive and efficient than ever for hotels to manage and present essential information. Importing content is now easier, and hotels can integrate information such as room details, local attractions, dining options, services, etc. into one platform.
IRIS is committed to delivering smart, scalable digital experiences that are centered around the guest. As guest demand for mobile order and digital experiences increases, these innovations show IRIS’s commitment.
“We are looking forward to HITEC, and the chance to meet hoteliers in person,” said Graham Rushin, VP Sales & Marketing at IRIS.
