    Ikon Pass is expanding to the Italian Alps, with 5 new ski resorts for 2025.

    Ikon Pass makes it easy to plan a European snowy getaway, with the addition of five new ski mountains. 

    Five new mountains will be accessible to holders of the popular pass Valle d’Aosta region of the Italian Alps Ikon shares with you the details of its winter 2025/2026 schedule. Travel + Leisure. These include Courmayeur Mont Blanc, Cervino Ski Paradise, La Thuile Espace San Bernardo, Monterosa Ski, and Pila.

    Danilo chatrian, the director of Courmayeur Mont Blanc Funivie in Valle d’Aosta and a representative for the project, told T+L that “this partnership opens the doors to U.S. skiing and snowboarding, offering them the opportunity to experience the breathtaking scenery and extraordinary winter experiences that make Valle d’Aosta a real hidden gem of Alps.” We are excited to share our unique region’s spirit with the world. From iconic peaks, world-class skiing and gourmet cuisine to authentic alpine charm.

    During the season Ikon Pass holders You will be able to access a total of seven days in each resort. There are no blackout days.

    Ikon Base Pass holders can ski or ride five days in total. The Ikon Session Pass does not include Valle d’Aosta.

    Travelers exploring the mountains of Valle d’Aosta have the option to ski in two countries. Zermatt Matterhorn in Switzerland Cervino’s Ski Paradise in Italy. 

    Erik Forsell is the chief marketing officer at Alterra Mountain Company which owns Ikon Pass. He said that the new access would allow travelers to experience “the unique mountain culture of the Alps.”

    The Ikon Pass is now available in its entirety includes 63 mountain destinations across 11 countries on five continents. Ikon Pass offers skiers and snowboarders the opportunity to visit resorts outside of Italy. These include Andorra in Austria, France and Switzerland.

    North America pass holders are able to ski in 17 U.S. states as well as four Canadian provinces.

    The Ikon Pass currently costs $1,429 with extra benefits like 25% off lift tickets and 15% off food, beverage and retail in select mountains.

    Ikon Base Passes are currently available for $1,009 and the Ikon Session Pass for four days is $489.
