IHG Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s leading hospitality companies, has signed a management agreement to bring Holiday Inn Jeddah Al Naseem, a 222-key new-build hotel, to the heart of Jeddah. This deal will open in June of 2026. It demonstrates IHG’s commitment towards the thriving hospitality sector within the Kingdom and aligns itself with Vision 2030’s tourism objectives.
IHG Holiday Inn, a brand that is renowned globally, has over 1200 active hotels. It has continuously evolved, putting guests at the forefront of its innovations, earning it the title of one of the best-loved, most trusted and recognized brands of hotels in the world. Holiday Inn Jeddah Al Naseem, which embodies the brand’s next-generation standard, will feature its transformative Open Lobby Concept. The new concept, designed for modern travellers, transforms the traditional hotel reception into a flexible hub where guests can dine, work or relax.
The hotel is located in Al Naseem in Jeddah’s vibrant, evolving district. It will serve both leisure and business travelers. This includes popular malls, as well as leading healthcare facilities.

Four dining options will be available to guests, allowing them a variety of culinary experiences. The hotel’s business center will include a boardroom and meeting rooms to ensure seamless productivity for corporate guests and business travelers. The hotel offers a spa, fitness center and outdoor pool for guests looking to relax.
IHG currently operates 45 hotel brands across six brands in Saudi Arabia. InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn Staybridge Suites Voco, and Six Senses has 47 properties in the pipeline, or under construction.
