“Delivering exceptional hospitality requires ongoing innovation, and we are excited to unveil these revitalized spaces at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta,” said Fernando Mulet, executive vice president and chief investment officer of Playa Hotels & Resorts, in a statement obtained by Travel + Leisure. “These updates enhance not only the guest experience, but also our commitment to set new standards in luxury all-inclusive through elevated accommodations and innovative activities.
The resort’s North Tower has undergone a complete renovation. All 244 rooms have been given a new look, with custom woodwork and upgraded ocean-view balconies. Sliding glass doors were also added. New air conditioning units, smart televisions and Nespresso machines were also added. Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta features 335 rooms that are divided into 18 different categories. These range from a basic double room up to a 1,500 square-foot presidential penthouse. Free dining is one of the best parts about an all-inclusive hotel. With 12—soon to be 13—restaurants, the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta is no exception. Casa Grande offers traditional Mexican cuisine, Pureza serves Vietnamese and Thai dishes, and Blaze, located on the beach, features Latin American style grilled seafood. The hotel has also added a new restaurant as part of its renovation: the Asian Fusion Restaurant Tamari. It specializes in Teppanyaki style cooking. Melanzanne, a new Italian-style restaurant with views of the ocean, will also debut later in the year.
Kids aged four to twelve will enjoy the newly revamped kids’ club. It has a jungle themed theme with fun activities. There is an adults-only If you want to escape for a few moments of quiet, then go swimming.
The lobby and pickleball court have also been upgraded.
