Hyatt Hotels Corporation will expand its luxury portfolio with the addition of Casa Duhau to Argentina. Construction on the hotel, which is part of Hyatt’s Unbound Collection, should begin by the end 2025.
Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced, in partnership with the Scalesciani Family, owners of Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires and the David Family, Mendoza businessmen, the upcoming development Casa Duhau. The new 52-villa and suite luxury hotel is located in Mendoza. It will be the only Unbound Collection hotel in Argentina.
Casa Duhau, a part of Reserva Alto Agrelo (a development project covering nearly 1,000 acres), includes a winery, 116 residential lots and is located in a large area. The construction of the hotel will begin at the end 2025 and is scheduled to open in late 2027.
Alto Agrelo is one of the most prestigious wine regions in the world. Bodega Agrelia is also located at Reserva alto Agrelo. This boutique winery will have the expertise of renowned winemakers Michel Rolland, Marcelo Pelliti and others. Additionally, the development will feature Casa David—Wine & Horses, an equestrian club with advanced horse facilities.

The gardens, terraces and event hall of Casa Duhau will be a picturesque backdrop for many events.
The Reserva Alto Agrelo, a residential development consisting of 190 acres, and 116 future units of housing, will be included in the master development.
The architectural design of Casa Duhau will be spearheaded by BMA ARQS, while the interior design will be overseen by Martín Zanotti Studio, and the landscape design by Fernando González. Terrandes SAS, BDA Realty and BDA Realty are responsible for the entire development of Reserva Alto Agrelo.
Casa Duhau will be added to Hyatt’s Luxury Portfolio, enhancing the company’s presence in Argentina. It joins other properties such as Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires and Park Hyatt Mendoza.
