UK: Hempstead House Hotel & Spa in Sittingbourne, Kent has been brought to market by business property advisor Christie & Co, with a guide price of £6 million.
The sale of the freehold property marks the end for the Holdstock family after more than 30 years of ownership. They originally bought the property in 1990.
This independently-run four-star property features 34 rooms and a suite. It also has a spa, restaurant, bar, and conference facilities for up to 200 people. The A2 road that connects London with Dover runs along this hotel.

The hotel received a four-star AA accreditation In October 2023 it will be upgraded from its previous three-star status.
