“The luxury industry is growing, as more people want unique experiences and are opening new markets. The expansion of B2B business opportunities helps hotels diversify revenues and establish long-term partnerships. The industry is also facing challenges. Costs are increasing, and it’s important to maintain a balance between technology and personal service. Sustainable practices are also in high demand.
Luxury properties can face even greater challenges in meeting the higher expectations, since they have to maintain high standards and implement sustainable solutions. It is important to have a specialist asset-management team.

Previous experience includes four years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Madrid within the Tourism & Transportation Sector Assurance team, where he developed his knowledge of financial audits, asset valuations and business plan reviews.
