    Four Seasons and ALAIN Launch Private Residences in Abu Dhabi

    UAE: Luxury hospitality company Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will partner with ALAIN, a Abu Dhabi-based asset manager, to launch Four Seasons Private Residences Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat Beach.

    The completion of the beachfront residential community on Saadiyat Island is scheduled for 2029.

    The gated community will include 56 ultra-luxury homes, including beach mansions. There are also 60 suites that include penthouses and regal residences.

    Residents can enjoy direct access to the beach, multiple lounges and pools, tennis courts and padel, as well as spa and wellness amenities including yoga and mediation studios, child play areas, cinemas, and golf simulators.

    The Four Seasons Residential Team, headed by the Residences General Manager will manage each residence. They will provide services such as concierge, housekeeping and wellness support, culinary assistance, and property management.

    Highlights:

    • Four Seasons is opening new residences at Saadiyat Beach in Abu Dhabi.
    • The project has developed in partnership with ALAIN – a UAE asset management firm.
    • The development will include 56 villas with luxury finishes and 60 suites including beach mansions, penthouses, and penthouses.
