Mondrian Hallandale Beach is located at 101 Diplomat Parkway and offers condominiums with one to four bedrooms. The amenities include a swimming-pool with cabanas and a firepit, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, a wine bar, fitness center and spa, as well as coworking spaces and community lounges.
PPG and BH3 claim that the 26-storey building, which will be developed in 2022 in South Florida, will help to meet the growing demand for luxury condominiums ready to move in.
