    Fairmont Hotels & Resorts unveiled its new global brand campaign, ‘Make Special Happen,’ which aims to celebrate every moment at its locations. The campaign includes a number of experiences that can be booked to reflect the ethos.

    Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has announced its new global brand campaign, “Make Special Happen.” The campaign pays homage the celebrated history of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts hosting some of world’s most significant events and occasions. The creative elements of the campaign tell the story about the preparations that lead up to a grand event, and how Fairmont employees and guests help to make special moments happen.

    The campaign was developed by King & Partners and directed by award-winning filmmaker Jean Claude Thibaut. The creative elements of the campaign were shot at Toronto’s Fairmont Royal York to showcase the charm and elegance of an old film. The campaign was influenced by Fairmont’s rich history of hosting important events and is meant to set the scene for future celebrations.

    The campaign uses film and still images to follow a charismatic group of characters as they experience a series playful and fascinating moments that lead to an unforgettable celebration. The campaign concludes with the realization Fairmont creates special moments.

    The launch of the campaign will feature a mix of still images and videos showcasing Fairmont’s film. Media plan involves activating print, online and social titles globally in two phases. North America, Canada and Asia are the campaign’s main focus regions.

    The campaign also introduces “Special Happens…,” a collection of unique offerings that immerse guests in unforgettable experiences. This includes nocturnal adventure, indulgent natural experiences, culinary delicacies, and moments that are inspired by art and culture. The brand will continue to expand its collection through 2025.
